Halloween Math Freebies for Second Grade and More

My students are enjoying my Halloween math worksheets that I have created over the years.  I decided to make it a little easier for you to access them because we all have too many things to do.  There is never enough hours in the day to get everything done.  My students love the riddles.  Hopefully, I will get some extra time to make more Halloween math riddles with simple addition with regrouping.

My students are enjoying all the great Halloween books.  We finished writing about The Bumpy Little Pumpkin.  It is about a little girl that makes a jack-o-lantern with the help of  her animal friends.  The message in this story is that like people, jack-o-lanterns come in all different shapes and sizes.  After listening to this book, my students all want a lumpy, bumpy pumpkin.

We made jack-o-lanterns for fun.

I had to buy costumes for my dogs.  Hunter doesn't look too excited about his costume.  I am hoping they will wear them for Halloween when I have to pass out candy to a hundred or more trick-or- treaters.
